Relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself through our deep 90-minute restorative yoga class, offered monthly on the 4th Friday.About this Event
This 90 minute restorative class is designed to help you deeply relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself to support your nervous system at the end of a busy week or month.
Poses are held for an extended amount of time, supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. This is a meditative practice with minimal talking to allow for deep rest. Join your instructor Emma Summers once a month, on the 4th Friday.
Props are available at the studio, but feel free to bring your own or anything extra you might like.
Space is limited to 10 people per class so sign up early.
