Speed Puzzling Showdown at Newton Public Library

Grab your fastest-fingered friends and put your skills to the test! Teams of 3 or 4 will race to be the first to complete a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle. Each team will get the same puzzle – kept under wraps until the timer starts. There will be prizes for the top finishers, and each team will get to keep their puzzle! Beverages and theater-style popcorn will be served.
Doors will open at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 11. At 2:30 p.m., we will start the timer and call for participants to unwrap their puzzle and start solving. If 5:30 p.m. hits and no one has completed their puzzle, the team with the most linked pieces wins.
This event is FREE, but limited to 20 teams of 3 or 4! Those who participate in a speed puzzling practice session at Newton Public Library on June 15 will have the first chance to sign up. For everyone else, registration will open at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16.
