Sew some Scrunchies - Sewing Workshop with Malissa Long

Saturday, July 18 – 12:30-2 OR 2:30-4.
In this focused, ninety-minute session, each student will complete a set of three custom scrunchies. This pace allows participants to move through the construction process multiple times, moving from guided practice on the first piece to increased confidence and speed by the third. With a small group of students, there will be ample opportunity for individual troubleshooting as everyone masters the “tube turn” and elastic anchoring techniques needed to create a full collection of accessories.
$25 per person, all materials provided. Machines will be available or bring your own. Register by July 11* on our website or by calling or stopping by the gallery.
