Welcome to my special sound bath tapping into our creativity through sound

Date: Saturday, June 6ty 7-8.30pm

Location: The OpenDoor, 32 Church Twitten, High St,Lewes

This gathering invites you to open up to the subconscious creativity that lies within all of us supported by sound.

We begin by exploring and reflecting on the meaning of creativity, then you are immersed in a deeply nourishing sound bath of gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, flute, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. These healing vibrations gently release physical and emotional tension, calm the nervous system, enhance mental clarity and rebalance your energy and emotions. The sounds also stimulate creativity by activating theta brainwaves and the pre-frontal cortex.

Afterwards, over a comforting cuppa, you will transition into quiet reflection, journalling and/or drawing to explore what has surfaced within you. Spaces are limited, please book in advance. £30 per session, including a warm steam eye mask and a small goody bag.

Treat yourself to an hour or so of self-care and reflection. Take a break from your daily routine and indulge in activities that will nourish your mind, body, and soul. Don't miss out on this special event created just for you!
