Spark Of Resilience: Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy (San Francisco)

This closed 6-week trauma-informed yoga therapy group, designed for adults who have experienced trauma, integrates gentle movement and therapeutic guidance. A certified mental health clinician and yoga instructor leads the program to support participants to overcome challenges and build resilience.

Currently, our practice accepts Aetna & United Health Care for group therapy services. Please note that depending on your plan, you may be responsible for a co-payment.

The total cost of this group series is $300 ($50 per session)
Participants may pay for group sessions online by invoice or use insurance for group sessions. ***Aetna & United Health Care PPO plans are currently accepted.
