Glow Flow is our signature vinyasa yoga class. Heated, intentional, strengthening, progress-focused with modifications for less/more advanced practice. Expect playful sequences, calming breath, and refreshing challenges that will leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and fully alive. Perfect for those looking to level up their practice with strength and focus.

Always with a meaningful message to refresh our perspective and soothe our hearts. We love sharing pranayama, meditation, concentration exercises, and yogic wisdom to foster inner peace, self-discipline, and self-awareness. Contraindications: recent back pain or disc herniation. Instead, start with Glow pilates, barre, hatha, yin yoga, Recovery Yoga Lab, and massages.

Bring: yoga mat, or borrow ours $5.
