Restorative Yoga with Reiki Touch 'Serenity'

Make time to experience the serenity of slowing down with Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing Touch. You're led through a thoughtful series of restorative yoga poses to re-align your posture and release physical tension, stress, mental noise, and anxiety.
Every restorative pose lasts 10-15 minutes and offers you time to practice meditation, pranayama, or affirmations. The experience is accompanied by special Brain-nurturing Hz music to create the most healing parasympathetic environment within.

You will receive a healing touch of Reiki, a Japanese holistic therapy that enhances softening and grounding of the body, allowing the energy flow with ease. During Reiki, the brain goes into alpha-theta states similar to that experienced during meditation. You may feel sensations in the body, such as heat or tingling. Some people enjoy visualizing relaxing colors and images. Your senses become more awake with regular practice of reiki, meditation, and slowing down.
