Southeast Fitness Center Run Club

Weekly 5K runs throughout the downtown/brickell area. We will meet every Monday from 03/02 until 04/20, at 6:15 PM in the SEFC lobby. From there, the run club will head downstairs, get a dynamic warm-up, and then commence their 5K. Afterewards, light bites and refreshments will be provided by the SEFC staff.

You do not have to be a member of the gym to participate in the runs, and participation is free. You must sign a waiver before the runs if you are not a member of the gym. By scanning the QR code on the flyer, you can join the run club group chat to be given updates on each weeks' route.

To access our gym: We are located at the Southeast Financial Center, specifically the annex building, which has two entrances to the parking garage. Once you enter and park, you can take the nearest elevator to the 15th floor, which is where the gym is located. We validate parking for up to 2 1/2 hours.
