Free Sunday Yoga by the River

Reset with us after Art Basel Join us for a free Sunday Flow by the River on at 10:30am, hosted by Flow Brickell and led by Samantha Reynolds, founder of Cafe Namaste and 500hr RYT.

Start your morning with a signature flow class that blends movement, breath, and the kind of energy that carries you through the day. All levels welcome.

GET READY FOR:

• Live music & a riverside farmer’s market
• A welcoming community & an uplifting Sunday reset
• Morning run club at 9:30am with Miami Run Club (optional)

DATES: Every Sunday until May 31

Bring friends and your mat, or rent one on site ($5). You can also purchase a mat through Cafe Namaste.

Use street parking nearby or open lot across the street.

Reserve your spot here and receive the final sign up link in your confirmation email. This class fills quickly. The session takes place outdoors on the Riverwalk.

PS. Class is rain or shine. There is a covered space for Plan B or in case of high heat. Check our IG for details.
