SoundBath Meditation at Test Site Art Foundation

Step into a restorative evening of breath, sound, and mindfulness inside one of Rockfords most creative community spaces.

This immersive sound meditation experience combines guided breathing practices, gentle mindfulness exercises, and crystal singing bowl frequencies designed to help participants slow down, release stress, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded and supportive environment.

Wether you are completely new to meditation or already have an established practive, this experience is inteionally welcoming, calming, and accessible.

Important information: Doors open at 5:30pm and promptly lock at 5:59 to avoid interuptions during meditation.

Suggested donation is $22 at the time of arrival.
