About this Event
There are parts of us that don’t speak in conversation. They speak through tension in the body, racing thoughts, tears, silence, creativity, memory, and sensation.
Sound and Shadows is a space to gently meet those parts without pressure, performance, or perfection. Through guided writing, immersive crystal singing bowls, grounding practices, and quiet reflection, we create space to process what’s been sitting beneath the surface.
This is not about being a “good writer.”
It’s about honesty. Presence. Release.
About reconnecting with yourself underneath the noise.

What to bring: Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, cushions, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
