Come relax and unwind at my Soundbath session at the beautiful contemporary Nuns Lane space. Enjoy a Round table with Intention setting, followed by the soothing sounds of Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, gongs and drums. Let the sounds wash over you, helping you de-stress and find some calm amidst the hustle. Perfect for anyone needing a peaceful escape or just curious about sound healing. Mats, pillows and blankets supplied - just bring and open heart , get comfy and drift away to the gentle healing sounds. This Soundbath is infused with Reiki bringing an extra layer of wellness into your energy field.
