Through flowing sequences and conscious breathwork, come shed the stress of the day, reconnect with yourself, and find stillness. You’ll move through dynamic flows that ease tension while energising your spirit as the evening unfolds.

Open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner. Modifications are offered so you’re free to honour your own pace and trust your body. Please bring your own mat
