Gentle / Restorative Yoga (40 minutes)

This 40-minute gentle and restorative yoga class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive way.

The class focuses on simple, nourishing movements, longer-held restorative postures, and conscious breathing to soothe the nervous system and ease physical tightness. Poses are fully accessible, with options offered throughout, making this class suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to movement after a break.
