Surrounded by the grounding energy of the cave, you’ll be guided through a Sound Shower journey designed to help you reset and realign your energy.With a blend of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, natural instruments, and voice, each session offers a new experience—meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. This immersive practice invites you to soften, listen deeply, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm.
All sessions take place within the Salt Cave’s healing environment. Bring your openness and curiosity—everything else will unfold from there.
