In this embodied deep dive we will journey through the four phases of the menstrual cycle learning what the female body actually goes through during this time. In the calming microclimate of the Salt Cave, we will use breath, sound, and movement practices to slow down and create a space where we can be fully present with what is alive in our wombspace.
We will meet for 90 minutes once a week on Tuesdays for 6 consecutive weeks using plant medicine, embodiment practices, and everyday ritual to attune to our body’s natural rhythm

Week 2: Follicular Phase
Week 3: Ovulatory Phase
Week 4: Luteal Phase
Week 5: Menstrual Phase
Week 6: Integration and Gratitude
