Lets gather at the vernal equinox, a moment of balance in the year when day and night stand in equal measure. It’s a reminder of the natural rhythm of the earth — a turning toward longer days, new growth, and fresh beginnings.

Sound Bath Meditation Session with Laura: Immerse yourself with a beautiful nourishing journey with gongs, crystal bowls, monolina, chimes, rattles, drums and more. This session will offer a space for self-healing and transformation. This will be an intimate experience; a time to release, let go and feel yourself emerge anew. Take this opportunity to unwind and reset. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Please arrive by 10:45am to allow time to find your place and get settled in.

What should you bring?

• Yoga mat or pad to lie on
• Pillow(s)
• Blanket or sleeping bag, whatever will keep you comfortable.
• Eye masks will be provided or you can bring your own.
