The Sacred Reset is a 10-day intimate retreat in Sonoma County, California - an invitation to release, restore, and return to the deepest truth of who you are. This is not just a detox. It’s a sacred re-alignment.

We’ll gather for 10 days in a peaceful private home surrounded by nature, with a sauna, pool, jacuzzi, yoga studio, and shared spaces to drop into quiet and connection.

Together, we’ll journey through a 9-day liver cleanse inspired by the healing principles of Medical Medium®, paired with:

• Daily yoga and meditation

• Gentle digital detox (no phones, no screens - just presence)

• Nourishing plant-based meals and juices

• Access to private coaching, Reiki, and intuitive healing sessions

• Time to rest, reflect, and remember

• A post-retreat integration circle via Zoom one week after we return home

This retreat is for women and men ready to unplug - physically, emotionally, energetically - and begin again from a place of stillness, clarity, and embodied radiance.

• Morning: Lemon water, celery juice, meditation

• Late Morning: Detox shake, yoga

The flow is soft and fluid, but know this: nothing is rushed, and everything is optional.

• Detox meals are plant-based, refined sugar-free, and designed for liver support and gentle cleansing

• This retreat is co-ed and open to all genders

• Phones will be collected at arrival and returned on Day 10

• Zoom integration circle held one week after the retreat to process, share, and receive support

Refund Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable, but transferable (e.g. to another person or future retreat).

If you cancel at least 60 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Within 60 days, your investment is non-refundable due to the limited space.
