Join us for a nourishing afternoon of mindfulness, creativity, and connection.We’ll begin with guided meditation and a mini soundbath, then move into a slow, intuitive art practice creating a set of five handmade thank-you cards with watercolor painting and other techniques. No art experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to be try art as a means of relaxation.
This class is led by Nicole Longbine who is a Bay Area artist, children’s book illustrator, and an oncology nurse. All materials are provided, though you are invited to bring your own watercolor brushes (we have some too), water to drink in a cannister, a sack lunch. A writing journal is optional.
