Become a Certified Sound HealerA grounded, heart-led training in the art and practice of sound healing with Cheryl Bailey of Grit and Grace Meditation, LLC.

With years of experience as a holistic practitioner and founder of Grit and Grace Meditation, LLC, Cheryl has seen how sound can open hearts, calm the nervous system, and support deep transformation.

This training brings together everything she has learned to help you confidently step into your own path as a sound healer.

What you’ll learn:

• How to create powerful, meaningful sound healing experiences
• How to hold grounded, safe, and compassionate space for clients
• How to build your confidence, voice, and intuitive presence as a facilitator
• The core elements of energy, music, and science in sound healing

Course Modules Include:

• The Science of Sound – Learn how vibration, frequency, and resonance affect the body and brain
• Musicality – Develop rhythm, flow, and intuitive expression using crystal bowls and other instruments
• Working with Energy – Understand how to sense, shift, and guide energy through sound. Understand the Chakra system.
• Structure & Elements of a Sound Healing – Learn how to design sessions that are both intentional and effective
• Building a Business – Explore how to start or grow a sustainable sound healing practice with heart and strategy

Friday, March 27th: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday, March 28th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)

Sunday, March 29th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)

This training offers a supportive space to expand your gifts, deepen your intuition, and learn how to hold space for others through the power of sound. You’ll walk away with practical skills and a strong energetic foundation to offer sound healing with confidence and authenticity—whether you're just beginning or looking to enrich your existing practice.
