Shylo is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Spiritual Guide based in Phoenix, AZ offering transformational breathwork and sound healing experiences for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.

• Integration, rest, and sacred space for reflection
• Closing share and energetic sealing

This is a safe and welcoming space for all levels - no prior breathwork experience needed. Come as you are and allow your body and breath to guide the process.

• Yoga mat or padded surface
• Blanket
• Water bottle
• Eye mask or scarf (optional)
• Any sacred objects you'd like to place in the space

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in.
