Throughout the evening, Mihai will create an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments, allowing your nervous system to soften, unwind, and settle into a deeply restorative state.
As the sound journey unfolds, Diana will offer each participant an individual hands-on Reiki healing session and any energy reading and guidance that unfold for approximately 7–10 minutes. While this may seem like a short time, Reiki does not measure its impact in minutes. A shift in energy, awareness, or consciousness can happen in a single moment when we are open to receive.
The vibration of sound naturally prepares the body to receive Reiki more deeply, while Reiki gently supports the flow of life force where it is most needed. Together, these two healing modalities create a beautiful synergy, offering an experience that is both deeply relaxing and profoundly nourishing.
Many of you already know the unique way Mihai and Diana hold space together. Mihai brings the healing frequencies of sound through crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments, while Diana shares the gentle, intuitive presence of hands-on Reiki healing.
