You’ll then be bathed in healing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, crystal harp, and shamanic drum, guiding you into deep peace and tranquillity.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, and anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported.
