✨ Donation-Based Sunday Soundbath in Appledore ✨💰 Suggested donation: £5. Your contribution helps cover hall hire and my time so that I can continue offering these community sessions.
If you’re in a position to give a little more, the usual Soundbath price is £15 and that extra support helps make it possible for others to attend who might not otherwise be able to. 🌿
🕯️ A gentle space to pause, breathe and reset.
Join me once a month for a soothing Soundbath in Appledore, created as a simple way for our local community to unwind together. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound journey with Himalayan bowls, 80cm sun gong, crystal bowls and gentle percussion, the perfect way to release tension and find calm before the week ahead.
💫 All are welcome, no experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and a drink of water.

You can then make your donation in cash on the day.
🗓️ When: One Sunday each month
📍 Where: Appledore
To make sure the Soundbath can go ahead, I’ll need at least six bookings. If we don’t reach that number, the session will be postponed until the following month.
