✨ An Evening to Gently Reconnect with Your Body & Breath ✨
Join us for a nourishing 90-minute experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself through gentle movement and calming breathwork.
This session is suitable for all abilities 🌿
We’ll begin with 60 minutes of mindful movement, weaving together Pilates, Yoga, and somatic practices to bring you back into your body.
Then settle into 30 minutes of restorative breathwork and deep relaxation — the perfect way to unwind and ground.
