5:45- 6:00pm Arrive at Wellington Natural Health. Parking is free. Come inside, Check in, Find a spot for your yoga mat and set up your space.

6:00 - 7:00 pm Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Veronika. A guided journey through Mantra, Breathwork, Posture & Meditation . Expect to land into a beautiful space of heart centered alignment, clarity of mind and embodiment as you travel within the temple of YOU. The practice will align, balance and open the trinity of your mind, body & spirit complex. You are now even more MAGNETIC & RADIANT and absolutely ready to recieve the gifts of the soundscape !This practice is for EVERYONE, no experience necessary!

7:00 - 8:00pm - Soundbath with Frequensea . Its time to lay back, relax and get cozy as Bailey guides you on a beautiful journey from Sea to Sky. Allow the soothing sounds of the sea, calm your internal waters; the orginal sound of the Earth Gong ground you in your being ; the ethereal sounds of the crystal bowls connect you to the magic of the cosmos. This is your time to recieve! As the healing frequencies move through you, your brain waves slow down & your nervous system moves into a parasympathetic state. THIS is where the magic happens, your body in its innate intelligence starts to REMEMBER its natural state of supreme health, vitality & balance.

About your guides...

Veronika Colnar has been a deep practicioner of the yogic lineages for 16 years. She has been teaching and practicing Kundalini Yoga daily for the past 5 years . She is a RN ,with over 22 years in various fields of medicine and has a deep understanding of the Human body. A lover of the power of the human potential , self soveriegnity and the bodies innate capacity to heal itself, she fell in love with this ancient scientific technology that allow us to do just that! Her classes are powerful, informative and inspiring .

Bailey Kaario is the founder of Frequensea sound healing. He is a deep practioner of Kundalini Yoga , a lover of the mystical and ancient healing arts. He combines his love of music with his passion to serve and facilitate healing to the masses, through what many of the great minds such as Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla claimed would be the medicine of the future. Healing would be based in Energy Medicine and we would look to Frequency , Vibration , Light & Sound. Welcome to the future of healing !

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort.

• Dress in cozy, layered clothing.

• An eye mask or cover for deeper relaxation.

• Water bottle

• Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in. Doors close promptly at 6:00PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all participants.
