This workshop provides approachable, real-world strategies that help teams create safer, more connected, and more welcoming environments for staff, customers, and community members.
Speaker Bio – Megan te Boekhorst (they/she)
Megan te Boekhorst is the founder of Thrive & Connect Community Consulting and a facilitator specializing in equity, belonging, and community engagement.
With extensive experience across the Fraser Valley and beyond, Megan helps teams build cultures of belonging through equity-focused facilitation, program development, and community-engaged approaches.
