This sound bath is designed to gently soothe your nervous system as the sound vibrations wash over you, guiding you into a state of peace and deep relaxation.

• Grounding Breathwork – take a moment to pause, breathe, and invite stillness into body and spirit as we prepare for deep rest
• Immersive Sound Journey – 432 Hz Crystal Alchemy Bowls layered with Crystal Pyramid, Tibetan Bowls, Ocean Drum & Koshi Chimes, soothe the nervous system, and quiet the mind, opening space for peace and renewal
• Deep Rest – drift into a restorative state as stress and tension gently release
• Integration Time – awaken gently, feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed in body, mind, and spirit

About the Facilitator:

Lindsey, The Offering: Lindsey is a sound bath facilitator passionate about guiding others toward balance, relaxation, and inner peace. Through community sound baths, she creates safe spaces where participants can pause, rest, and restore. Using the frequencies of her instruments, Lindsey’s sessions encourage a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation, bringing harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
