Sound Bowl Meditation3 chances to experience: Thursday, September 26th, October 24th, & November 21st from 6:30pm to 8pm
This will be a guided meditation using sound bowls to enhance the meditative state and take you even deeper.
We will do a combination of breath and body awareness, visualizations, and energy awareness style meditations, while interweaving the soothing sounds of the singing bowls to enhance the meditation, and take you into deeper states of awareness.
This will give your physical deep physical relaxation and restoration, while also cleansing your electromagnetic energy body and your nervous system.
The meditative state will clear your mind of thoughts so you can mentally relax and truly be present in the moment.
