The holidays are the perfect time to gift yourself self-care. Join us for a cosy and intimate class of beginner-friendly and modifiable aerial yoga, followed by an extended savasana while cocooned inside the fabrics, and accompanied by sound healing.
In this class, you will be mindfully led through gentle yoga poses, using the fabrics as support. All poses can be modified to suit your needs.
This class is limited to 5 attendees so be sure to reserve your spot early!
