Yoga Asana Lab

Welcome to the Yoga Asana Lab event! Join us for a fun and interactive session where you can explore different yoga poses and deepen your practice. This in-person event will take place in Downtown Batavia. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Come and join us for a morning of movement and relaxation in a welcoming and supportive environment. Those enrolled in Edge Yoga School may earn hours attending, and continuing education credits for Yoga Alliance are available. Event venue will be shared upon registration and based on weather.
