About this Event
Work may give you 2-3 bereavement days, friends and family try to be patient, but want you to “Get back to being you and living your life.”
But you don’t see your path forward the way everyone expects you to.
You’re not alone, and we are so lucky to have the wonderful Dr. Kimberly Rich in our community who has dedicated herself to this very topic.
She will highlight how to identify your unique personal needs while grieving and how to confidently share those needs with your safe people. After that, she will discuss how to find meaning and purpose in your rearranged life.
Kim is a death doula and grief educator. She has a broad spectrum on the topic of grief–including the variety of things we can grieve…Surprise! It is not only the loss of a life but can include the end of a relationship or the loss of a job etc.
We are on the backside of Waterstreet Studios, just down a little further down 1st Street on your right. Near Grainology. Go up the outdoor staircase.
$20 for ticket
