This is an experience that is sure to sweep you off your feet into a suspended state of relaxed bliss. You will begin by moving through a couple of gentle and easily accessible restorative yoga postures while being led through a guided meditation helping you to relax and create a sacred space for receiving the gifts of reiki. Then you will enjoy being cradled in the aerial yoga hammock while receiving a reiki recharge from Reiki Master and Intuitive, Holly Johnson. This class is for you if you are looking for a way to unwind and destress and if you would like to invite a sense of peace, ease, and relaxation into your life. Using energy healing, restorative asana, and essential oils you will be able to release tension, melt away worry, and allow your body the space and time it needs to decompress and come back into balance which is where it is able to facilitate healing.$45/person
