Josephine runs monthly 1 hour soundbaths in Worthing. These bespoke and high end events will leave you floating on air.
ABOUT THE EVENT
Please check your receipt for the time and date.
-Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, I can’t let late arrivals in due to the nature of the event.
-Doors Open 15 minutes Before start time.
-Please let me know if you do not plan to attend or can't make it, there is often a waiting list.

INFORMATION:
There is free parking on site, for around 10-15 cars.
If the car park is full, there is often free on-street parking or Morrisons is a 5 mintue walk away.
Once you arrive, please come to the side entrance through the blue doors. Walk straight down the long wide corridor and you’ll see the main hall, follow the incense and the fairy lights!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
-This a beautiful space, warm, and quiet. Please read on so you bring the correct things.
-A yoga mat to lie on( if you have a senstitive lower back, I strong suggest bringing extra layers to lie on)
-A blanket or duvet/sleeping bag to lie on/in
-A pillow
-Blankets to lie under
-An Eye mask/scarf or eye bag
-When you come to a soundbath, your body will get heavier, and it’s important you are fully supported and warm to gain the most from the experience. If you are cold or your back is not supported you won’t be able to relax fully.
