FREE Community Vinyasa Yoga Class

Join us for FREE community vinyasa yoga sessions by Alice.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. We also advise you to bring a drink and a towel.

If you have any concerns regarding capabilities/injuries, please speak to Alice prior to the start of the class as we cannot accept liability for any injuries sustained as a result of taking part in the yoga class.
