Mugs & Motivation

Welcome to Mugs & Motivation, a monthly meetup every first Monday from 10:00-12:00 at various cafes around Worthing, for female founders and freelancers. Don't think of it as networking; rather, consider it time for yourself to connect with fellow local women who are also running their own business, make new friends, and support and learn from one another. Because working for yourself can include every emotion and experience under the sun, but you don't have to do it alone.

There will be a brief grounding meditation to centre us, followed by introductions, and a guided group discussion with thematic questions, and a chance for everyone to share their wins or ask for support. You'll walk away feeling supported, connected, and hopefully more motivated for whatever you are working on in your business. Location is subject to change, and attendees will be notified in advance if so. A hot drink is included in the price.
