Join us for this Intuitive Sound Healing at Cosmic. Our healer, Andrea Renee, delicately supports you to a deep, centered relaxation, allowing your body and chakra energy fields to let go of the weight you are carrying and allow your being to restore and rejuvenate to a state of well-being and calm. The vibrations of her voice and singing bowls heal places words can’t reach, truly creating a space to allow old energy to release to make room for more abundant living in your day to day.
This one hour class allows for deep relaxation. Yoga mats and chairs are provided. You are welcome to bring a pillow and blanket.
