Sound Bath Meditation. The Gong tuned to the Earth Star Chakra will start us off by clearing our auras and helping us to ground in preparation for the therapeutic, tranquil, and chakra tuning tones of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Medicine Drum and more. These tones and rhythms as well as the time and tonal intervals between sounds are focused on returning our Chakras to their proper frequencies.
