Stepping Into the StreamA six- session educational series beginning Saturday, March 14th
WellCome OM Integral Healing & Education
Join us for a series of group sessions practicing Little Springs Yoga. In our sessions, we will engage in Energy Tapping and Visualization techniques through the lens of yoga philosophy. Lessons are designed to adapt to self-practice or conducting peer-led groups. CEU credits vary
This six-week series meets each Saturday morning at 10:00 am to practice techniques learned in EFT and Self-Loving workshops, leading peers through tapping practices. Prior experience in previous workshops or with yoga philosophy is recommended, but not required.
We meet each Saturday at 10:00 am from Feb 21 - March 28
