Sound bath Meditation

Relaxing and healing Soundbath at the Old School Newlyn formerly Inner space newlyn. Come and enjoy the wonderfully powerful vibrations from the Crystal and Tibetan bowls and Gongs. Sound has been utilised as a tool for healing in various cultures for thousands of years. The various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to equilibrium. With a background in Sound Engineering & as a musician I have always known the healing capacity/ power of sound and music.
