Join Us for Sound Bath Meditations with Deanna!
A sound bath is a deeply immersive meditative experience where participants are enveloped in soothing, harmonious vibrations. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, a drum and other healing instruments, the session gently guides the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. The resonant tones help release negative energy, clear emotional blockages, and promote inner balance, leaving participants feeling refreshed, grounded and at peace.
Deanna Bordeau is a dedicated Reiki Master/Teacher, Sound and Vibrations Therapy Practitioner, and Health and Wellness Coach. A proud breast cancer survivor, she channels her journey of resilience into helping others discover their inner strength, heal themselves, and find solace from life's anxieties and worries. Deanna's passion lies in empowering individuals to embrace their wellness journey and achieve balance and harmony in their lives.

Please note:
Thick cushioned mats will be provided. However, you may wish to bring your own blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything else that may help you feel more comfortable.
There is a 4 person minimum to hold a sound bath session.
