Becky obtained her ChildLight certification in February of 2018 and has spent many years teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids. Becky will be leading a 45-minute kids’ yoga class at Spirit Rising Yoga & Meditation the first and third Monday of every month! This class is perfect for kids age 4-8 years old where they will begin to explore a mindfulness practice with the intention of building health, happiness, and resiliency.
Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby and relax while their kids enjoy time in the studio. Please, help yourself to tea & water at our refreshment station!
