Satya, the second Yama of the Eight-Limbed Path, invites us into a more honest relationship with ourselves and the world around us
Through clarity, compassion, and alignment, this experiential workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize internal truths, speak truth in a way that supports rather than harms, and act in ways that reflect your deepest values.
We’ll move through guided breathwork, self-inquiry, somatic grounding, and a reflective partner exercise designed to help you access truth from a regulated, aligned place.
