Sound Bath: For the Love of Crystal Bowls

Join us for this special sound bath with crystal bowls. We’ll be setting the gong aside and focusing on the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls.

Rest the body, mind, and spirit in the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls. Inviting deep relaxation, meditation, and emotional release. The crystal bowls tend to be gentler on the nervous system than the gong. They create a dreamy atmosphere filled with light and calm allowing us to come back to our center, the light in our lantern, the love within.

Our evening will include some gentle movement, a short guided meditation, and an extended sound bath with the crystal bowls.
