Join us for a transformative afternoon of faith, flow, and feminine strength at the Flow & Faith Beauty & Wellness Pop-Up, hosted by Cache Johnson and Indigo Hall—two women dedicated to curating spaces that celebrate wellness, sisterhood, and spiritual renewal.

This experience will feature a 60-minute Yogalates session guided by Alexx Jenkins (@alexxthickness)—a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to balance the body, strengthen the core, and renew the spirit.

Alexx’s class will be both beginner-friendly and engaging for experienced participants, blending mindfulness, strength, and movement practices that align beautifully with the Flow & Faith mission.
