Self-Care Gong Bath

Because a little self-care goes a long way...
You are invited to give yourself an evening of deep relaxation. No phones, no electronics, no interruptions, no doing. Soothing, surreal sounds of the symphonic gong. Allow yourself to be enveloped and held by the sound as it transports you to a deep state of relaxation.
No experience necessary.
The evening will include some very gentle movement, short guided meditation and an extended gong bath for rest and relaxation.
