The Inner Reset is a structured, guided 1-hour experience designed to help you clear mental overload and organize your thoughts into clarity.

Think of it as spring cleaning — but for your mind.

From 6:00–8:00 PM, you’ll step into an intentional reset evening inside the Cowo & Crèche space. The guided workshop runs from 6:30–7:30 PM, surrounded by curated time to arrive, connect, and ease back into your evening.

During the guided session, you will:

• Learn the 4-Step Mind Declutter Method™
• Move your thoughts “Out of Mind. Onto Paper.”
• Separate what’s urgent from what can wait
• Identify what is not yours to carry
• Create and take home your own Reset Journal

Your ticket includes the full guided experience, journal materials, mocktails, light hors d’oeuvres, and intentional connection time.

This is not therapy. It’s not a lecture.
It’s a practical reset system you can reuse anytime mental chaos builds up.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience focused and meaningful.
