Sound Bath

Zac and Ciera return to Behavioral Fitness for an encore sound bath experience. Whether you are new to sound baths or an enthusiast this is one you don't want to miss! Zac and Ciera are skilled sound healers and will take us on a journey with the use of sound frequency. There will share why sound is therapeutic and provide an opportunity to ask questions after the session.

Relax comfortably on a yoga mat with a bolster, blanket and eye pillow provided. Feel free to bring a pillow from home to ensure you have plenty of comfort as you are immersed in a variety of sound frequencies from a wide array of instruments including quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other sound sources. This is a unique sound healing experience at Behavioral Fitness!

After the sound bath, enjoy some tea and share in the collective experience. This experience will delight all the senses!
