We will also have time to talk about the work and life of Stanislav Grof, the creator of this breathwork technique, covering topics like inner journey, inner healer, non-ordinary states of consciousness, and much more.

This workshop will be great for people who are seeking healing, who want to get off meds, who want more control over their health with powerful self healing techniques.

Leni will be assisted by cofacilitator Logan Scott who has training and much experience using Holotropic Breathwork as a daily healing and spiritual practice.
