Sound Bath & Intention Setting Practise

You are warmly invited to gather on Sunday 5th January 2025 at Rockwater in Hove at 7pm - 8:30pm for our upcoming Sound Bath & Intention Setting Workshop.

Let us start the New Year with ease, tuning into all that is present for us in the here and now. Connecting deeply to our intuitive knowing and what our heartfelt intentions are for the year ahead.

What if we could start this New Year with intention, with feeling grounded and connected, without the pressure of goals and expectation? This is your opportunity to start this New Year in a slow and gentle way.

You will be invited to lay down and get comfortable before being guided on a short meditation to ground us into the space. The Sound Bath will be guided using crystal Singing Bowls to soothe your nervous system, dropping your body into a deep state of relaxation. You will then be guided on another short meditation to bring you back to the space.

You will have the opportunity to journal about your experience and anything that may have come up for you before begining the Intention Setting Practise. You will each be given a worksheet with journal prompts for you to work through in your own time whilst once again being bathed by the healing frequencies of sound. At the end of our time together we will share in a few moments of silence to allow everything to settle.

I will be on hand if you would like to discuss your experience or share anything that may be present.
